GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 Scope, customer information
The following general conditions govern the contractual relationship between Gerd-Hendryk Jost, Meandertal.de and consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods in our shop. All orders are subject to German law. Contrary conditions will be not recognized by us, unless these have been agreed upon in written form. Additionally, the regulations of BGB (German Civil Code) are applicable. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion
1. The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods.
2. After entering your information and clicking the order button, you enter a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. You may also call a binding order or submit by facsimile. You will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail or fax. This does constitute acceptance of the tender offer.
3. If you order by telephone, the sale agreement is concluded, if we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, then you are no longer bound by it.
§ 3 customer information: storage wording
The wording of the contract with details of the item is stored. You do not have access to the wording of the contract via internet.
§ 4 customer information: Correction notice
You can correct your input before submitting the order at any time. We inform you of your correction options during the ordering process.
§ 5 Retention of title
The merchandise remains our property until full payment.
§ 6 Guarantee
The guarantee is governed by the german law.
