§ 1 Customer’s right of revocation
You can cancel your contract within one month without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not prior to the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations according to § 312c paragraph 2 BGB in combination with § 1 Section 1, 2 and 4 BGB-connection necessary in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. The revocation period is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods. The revocation must be sent to:

§ 2 Consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received and any benefits derived (eg interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part or in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay appropriate compensation. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the case solely on the test - as it would have been possible in a store - is due. For a purpose by putting the resulting deterioration thing you must not have value. Package are to be returned at our expense and risk. Not parcel things do you pick. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the sending of your cancellation or the goods, for us, with their reception.
